About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

Paste frame 6, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  8, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 2, resize 45%, select the interior of the frame with your magic wand and expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below the frame and paste paper 3 into it, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 90% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, position below the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  28, resize 85%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  48, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  20, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  6, resize 18%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  3, resize 22%, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element  26 on the top, , resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  24, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  37, rotate 90 degrees to the left and move into place and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  22, resize 45% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  46, resize 40% and mirror,  place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  17, resize 22%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  32, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  10, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  2, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  14, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element  33, resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

  2. Thank you Miz! I am very glad you like it. thank you for the freebie kits. There are so few free kits about nowadays, I have my CT kits to use but its nice to do a tutorial with a free kit occasionally, not everyone can afford to keep buying :)
