About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

This tube comes from the latest pack 100 and can be purchased at

The kit is “Dangerous B*tch 2” from

You will need mask 234 by
And my mask

Font of choice.

Unless noted, I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 17 into the selection, apply my mask and resize 90%.

Make another layer, paste the paper into the selection again, deselect, apply Mizteeques mask, resize 90%, duplicate, move one copy down and to the left and the other up and to the right.

Paste element 109, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 4, resize 40% and position behind element 109.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, paste paper 8 below the frame and resize it 40%, position in the frame, invert the excess, the delete on the paper, deselect and apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste the tube on the top, resize 60% and move into place, apply a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 15, opacity 100, blur 30 with the box “shadow on a new layer checked”.  Go back to the tube and apply the main drop shadow to it.

Paste element 181, resize 60% and positon just above the frame.

Paste element 103, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 132, resize 20%, duplicate, position behind the buildings and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 92, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 133, resize 65% and position on the left, duplicate, mirror the copy, resize it another 90%,  position on the right and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 93 on the top, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 110, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 87, resize 17%, place in position on the left and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 77, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 107, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Pate element 86, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.  I used a low opacity brush on the bottom right hand corner of the buildings layer to blend it in a bit.  When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
