About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. In this tutorial I used the tube “Ghost of Emily Bride” by
Goldwasser.

You will need my mask

Font of choice.





I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.


Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Open the mask and mirror it.  Make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste paper 33 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 185, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste element 173, resize 60%, erase the bottom trunk part, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 126, resize 60% and move into place.

Paste element 125, resize 55%, mirror and move into place.

Paste element 106, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 108, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 122, resize 45% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 34, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 79, resize 15%, duplicate, mirror the copy then duplicate it, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each. 

Paste element 36, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 109, resize 27%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 12, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 15%, position on the clock and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
