About Me
- Vivienne
- Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

You will need my mask
0032.
Font of choice.
I used a drop shadow of vertical
0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 15.
For a good result, be sure
to sharpen up your elements well after resizing (check my Tips & Tricks
page for more info).
Open a new transparent
canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.
Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 23 into the selection,
deselect, apply the mask and resize 85%.
Paste element 16, resize
80% and move into place.
Paste element 17, resize
55%, position in the top, right hand part of the mask, duplicate and move the copy
down and to the left, duplicate again, mirror this copy, move it over to the right
and apply the drop shadow to each.
Paste element 81, resize
90% and position across the middle.
Paste element 73, resize
80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 5, resize 45%,
place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 32, resize
25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 1, resize
30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 47, resize
35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 13, resize
40% and duplicate, position one copy on the flower, mirror the other copy and position below the
fish on the right, apply the drop shadow to each.
Paste element 40 making
sure it’s on the top, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 25, resize
40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 62, resize
10%, position below element 25, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 4 on the
top, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 30, resize
20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 63, resize
12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 48, resize
30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 31, resize
35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 33, resize
15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 2, resize
30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste the tube, resize 55%
and mirror, duplicate, change the blend mode on the top copy to “Hard Light”
and merge it down onto the original, place in position and apply the drop
shadow.
Check your layers now and
make any adjustments then crop your tag, add your copyright information and
text and export on a transparent background as a png.
