About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

You can purchase Enys’ tubes at

I used the fabulous freebie kit “Poison” from
This is an awesome kit thank you Miz!

You will need my  mask

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect, apply the mask and resize 95%.

Paste element 102 and resize 55%.  Select the interior of the arch with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below the element and paste paper 15 into the selection.  Deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.

Paste element 98, resize 35% and rotate 90 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 58, resize 50% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 92, resize 55%, duplicate and mirror the copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 19, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 35% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Pate element 59, resize 25% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 25% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 93 on the top, resize 55%, duplicate and close the copy off for now, place the original in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 97, resize 20%, drag below the grass, duplicate, mirror the copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 74, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 4 on the top, resize 22%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 96, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 76, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 70, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open the copy of the grass that you closed off, bring it to the top for now, resize it another 50% and apply the drop shadow.   Position it in front of the candlestick and the bottle to the left of the candlestick, dab around the bottom with you eraser on opacity set to 50 to blend the line at the bottom in.   Duplicate this layer and move it over to the right in front of the sunflower.    Duplicate again, resize 80% and position above the pestle and mortar.

Paste element 81, resize 10%, position just below the edge of the top copy of the grass and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 68, resize 25%, duplicate, mirror the copy and resize it another 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
