About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. in steampunk kits, I loved it!

You will need my mask

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal  5, opacity 85, blur 10.



Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 36 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 79, resize 55%, position towards the top of the mask and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 100, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 17, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 15% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow then check your layers so far.

Paste element 10, resize 35%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow

Paste frame 13, resize 25% and move into position.  Select the interior the frame with your magic wand and expand the selection by 20, paste paper 31 below the frame, resize 40% and position in the frame, invert the selection, hit delete on the paper and deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame and merge it down onto the paper.

Paste element 41, resize 30% and rotate 10 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 142, resize 60% and rotate 15 degrees to the left, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 114, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16 on the top, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 78 on the top, resize 25% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 120, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.   We will come back to this.

Paste element 43, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  Go back to element 83 and erase the clocks that show on the left. 

Paste element 42, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 20% and rotate 30 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 18% and rotate 50 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers now and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
