About Me
- Vivienne
- Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

This is another

You can purchase
the kit at
You will need my
mask
0008.
Font is
I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity
45, blur 10.
Open a new transparent canvas 800 by 700 pixels and fill with
white.
Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 47 into the
selection, deselect, apply the mask and resize 85%.
Paste element 175 and resize 55%.
Paste element 105, resize 30%, place in position and
apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 117, resize 45% and place in position.
Paste element 79, resize 40%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 65, resize 30%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste frame 8, resize 25% and place in position. Select the interior of the frame with your
magic wand and expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste
paper 40 into the selection, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame and
merge it down onto the paper.
Paste the tube, resize 60%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow. Open your eraser, set
the size to 70 and opacity to 10 and run it along the hard edge on the left of
the tube to blend it in. Don’t worry
about the hard edge at the bottom as that will be covered.
Paste element 9, resize 40% and mirror, drag below the
merged layer, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 144 on the top, resize 20%, duplicate,
mirror the copy and drag it above the original, place in position and apply the drop shadow to
each.
Paste element 51, resize 25% and duplicate, mirror the
copy, resize it another 80% and position to the left of the original. Duplicate
the original again, resize this copy also 80% and position on the right of the
frame. Apply the drop shadow to all
copies.
Paste element 160, resize 30%, position just above the tube
and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 32 on the top, resize 15%, place in
position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 128, resize 12%, place in position and
apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 61, resize 10%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 62, resize 10% and rotate 20 degrees to the
right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 80, resize 12%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 58, resize 25%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 161, resize 30%, mirror and flip, place in
position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 49, resize 35% and mirror, place in
position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 40, resize 15%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 28, resize 15%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 131, resize 15%, place in position and
apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 137, resize 10%, place in position and
apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 51 again, resize 23%, place in position and
apply the drop shadow.
Pates element 35, resize 10%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste element 74, resize 20%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Paste elements 93 and 94, duplicate a couple of times and
resize them 10/8%, position around the tag and apply the drop shadow to each.
Paste element 13, resize 25%, place in position and apply
the drop shadow.
Check your layers and make any adjustments.
Paste element 184, mirror, resize 40% and rotate 40 degrees to the left, place in position
so the rays are coming from the cloud (it’s a good idea to make a temporary new
layer above your white one and fill it with black to check you have this in the
right place).
Paste element 188, resize 35% and place in position.
When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright
information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

to make it fit the tag nicely. I made my mask narrower and taller. Remember to sharpen it up after you have used
this tool.
Paste element 77, mirror it and resize 90%, drag down to
just above the mask, place in position erasing the part that shows at the top,
recolour brown to better match the rest of the tag and apply the drop shadow
