About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal  5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 850 and fill with white.

Paste Minyu’s mask and resize it 35%.  Select the mask, float and defloat it, make a new layer, paste paper 1 into the selection,  deselect and delete the original mask layer, duplicate the paper mask layer and merge the copy down onto the original.   Go to Adjust – Sharpness – Unsharp mask and apply with Radius set to 5, Strength to 30 and Clipping to 5.

Make another layer between this mask layer and the white background, select all, paste paper 4 into the selection, deselect , apply Dee’s mask, mirror it and resize 95%.

Paste the tube, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 75%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 65% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 90%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 54, place in position and apply the drop shadow twice.

Paste element 29, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 35%, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 17, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 70%, use your Pick tool to push the element narrow, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 35%, duplicate and mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
