I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, paste paper 3 into the selection, duplicate it, close the copy off for now and apply the Leather ‘N’ Lace mask on the original then resize it 95%.

Open the copy of the paper, paste the Raspberry Road mask as a new layer and resize it 28%, you should still have your page selected so float and defloat the mask, invert the selection and hit delete on the paper, deselect and delete the Raspberry Road mask layer.

Paste element 38, resize 70% and rotate 40 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 20 on the top, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 7, resize 50% and place in position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 3 into the selection.  Open the close up tube, mirror it and paste on your canvas, resize 90%, position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect , duplicate the tube, change the blend mode on the bottom copy to “Luminance (legacy)”  and on the top copy change it to “Overlay”,  apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 27a. resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the main tube, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 70%, drag below the frame layers, duplicate twice, mirror one copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 12, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9 just below the main tube, resize 35%, mirror and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Pate element 33, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 70% and position on the frame layers, duplicate, drag the duplicate down and position on element 38 (the red fan).

Paste element 31 just below the mian tube, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28 again, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any alterations.  I used my Pick tool on the Leather ‘N’ Lace mask to pull it down a bit.

Check your layers for any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text then export on a transparent background as a png.
