I used the stunning kit “Merry Melodies” by
This is another huge kit by Dee and I have only used a
small amount of the beautiful elements it contains.
You can purchase the kit at

I used winter mask 10 from

You will need Animation Shop for the animation.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 12 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste spray 8 and resize 80%.

Paste frame 4b, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 62, rotate 10 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 9, resize 55% and rotate 10 degrees to the right.  Select the interior of each part of the frame, expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 5 into the selection, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move into position.

Open your tube, duplicate, close the original and desaturate it using Effects – Photo Effects – Black and White film.  Use the sliders to get the amount of desaturation you want - it depends on your tube.  I used the settings in the screenshot below.  Paste your tube as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I resized my tube 75%.

Paste spray 13 and resize 80%, apply the drop shadow and duplicate.  Arrange the sprays around the tube cutting and pasting or erasing parts so the music is wrapped around her.

Paste wordart 1b making sure it’s on the top, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 60%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 74 above the tube, resize 30%, duplicate and mirror the duplicate, place in position erasing the stalks and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 48, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 84a on the top, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any necessary adjustments, then crop your tag and add your copyright information and text.

Duplicate the mask twice, on the top copy go to Adjust – Add/Remove Noise – Noise and apply with the settings in my screenshot below.   Repeat on the copies changing the amount of noise to 18 and 15.

Close off the two copies of the mask, right click on your tag, copy merged and paste in animation shop as a new animation.  Back in Paint Shop, close off the open mask layer and open the first copy, copy merged again and paste in Animation Shop “Before Current Frame”.  Repeat with the second copy.  Run your animation through the Optimization Wizard and save as a gif.
