Please check out my “About my tutorials” page if this is the first tutorial of mine you have followed, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of horizontal and vertical 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open and copy pp3, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply Weescotslass’ mask.  Resize 105%.

Open element 3 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, move up and to the right and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 17, paste as a new layer, resize 33% and position on the right.   Select the interior of the element with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and make a new layer below it.  Open and copy pp9 and paste it into the selection, deselect.  Duplicate both the element and the paper, mirror each of them and position on the left.  We will come back to these.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  If you are using one of Barbara Jensen’s layered tubes, duplicate it and close the original, pick your layers and merge visible.  I resided my tube 65%.

Open element 13 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 65% and rotate 25 degrees to the right.  Drag down to just above the tree and position on the right.   Duplicate, mirror the duplicate, drag it back up to just below the tube and position on the left.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open element 19 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 45% and rotate 15 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 15 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 1, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Resize 35%, mirror, rotate 10 degrees to the left,  place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 4 and paste as a new layer.   Rotate 90 degrees to the left and mirror, resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 29 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 50% and rotate 15 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 30 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 9 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 12 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 33%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 27 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 27a and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Duplicate your tube twice, mirror one copy, drag the copies down and position one inside each frame.  Select the interior of each frame and expand as before, invert and hit delete to remove the excess tubes, deselect.  Change the blend mode on the tubes to “Hard Light” and merge each one down onto the paper below it.  Apply the Blinds texture to each merged layer with Width on 3, Opacity on 18, Colour Black and Light from Left/top checked.  Repeat the Blind texture with the same settings plus Horizontal checked.  Apply the drop shadow to the frames.

Copy pp2 again, click on your mask layer to activate it, make a new layer, select all and paste this paper into it, deselect and apply Vix’ mask.  Resize the mask 90% and line it up so the writing on the left is along the edge of the frame.  Duplicate the mask and line the duplicate up along the top. Erase the parts that overlap.

When you are all done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export your tag on a transparent background as a png.
