Please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 80, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvast 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open pp1 and copy, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Open el1, paste as a new layer and resize 75%.  Select the interior of the frame with  your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, copy pp1 again, make a new layer below the frame and paste the paper into the selection, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move slightly up and to the left.

Open el6 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el27 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  If you are using one of Barbara’s layered tubes, open it and close the original, pick your layers and copy merged.  I resized my tube 70%.

Open el2 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 50% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, drag down below the tube and place in position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, open pp3 and copy,  make a new layer below the frame and paste the paper into the selection. Do not deselect.

Paste the tube again as a new layer and position inside the frame, invert the selection and hit delete on the tube to remove the excess, deselect.  Apply the shadow to the frame and the tube, merge the frame down onto the tube and then merge down again onto the paper.   I used the full size tube again resized 95%.

Open el10 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, drag down so its between the two merged layers, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el11 and paste as a new layer.  Flip, resize 90% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el22, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 70% and position on the left, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position it on the right.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el13 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el16 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el8 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el4 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el14 and paste as a new layer.  Flip, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow,.

Open el7 and paste as a new layer.   Mirror, resize 60%, drag down below el14 and position on the right, duplicate, and move the duplicate over to the left, erasing some to hide the join behind the element.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el15 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el23, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el19 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 50%. Place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el29 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and rotate 30 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.  When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export as a jpeg with compression set to 5 or on a transparent background as a png.
