Please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting the tutorial, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 550 pixels and flood fill with white.

Open Paper5-GI_FallenAngel and copy.   Make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect, apply the mask and mirror it.

Open Mask-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer (it is a mask but I liked it as it was!).  Resize 70% and move over to the right.

Open Tree-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open Frame1-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 65%, mirror and place in position.  With your freehand selection tool, draw a selection around the frame as in my screenshot below.

Open Paper1-GI_FallenAngel and copy, make a new layer below the frame and paste the paper in the selection.   We will need this selection again later so save it to alpha channel – Selections – Load/Save Selections – Save Selection to Alpha Channel.  When you have saved it you can deselect.

Open Pedistal-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open BloodDrips-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60% and position on the pedestal as my screenshot below.  Draw a selection around the drips that are on the pedestal, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect and apply the drop shadow.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer,  resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I used raster 2 resized 90%.

Open Grass-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 75%, drag down below the tube and position behind her.  Duplicate, drag the duplicate above the tube, mirror it and place in position.  The bottom of this top layer need to be along the bottom edge of the mask.  Now open your erasor and set the size to 50 and opacity to 10, then dab along the edge of the grass until its merged into the mask.  You may need to erase part of the tube as well.

Open FabricFlower-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, drag down so its just above the frame, place in position behind the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Open your tube again or the close up if you have one and paste as a new layer.  Go to Selections – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Alpha Channel and load that selection that you saved.  Resize your tube as needed, position inside the frame, invert he selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  Set the blend mode on the tube to “Hard Light” and power the opacity to around 50, apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Open Rosary-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 30%, place in position on the frame and apply the drop shadow.

Open Bow1-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 20%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open Crow-GI_FallenAngel, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open Key1-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Resize 15% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open Fog-GI_FallenAngel and paste as a new layer.   Mirror, resize 75% and place in position.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments, when you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export as a jpeg with compression set to 5 or on a transparent background as a png.
