Amy

In this tutorial I used the awesome art of Screaming Demons.
You need a license to use Screaming’s art, available here.

The kit used is called “Rock Me” by
You can get the kit here.
Thank you Cora!

You will need two masks, the 20/20 mask, which I have uploaded for you here
and also Monti’s circle mask, here.

Font used is Atlas, you can get it here.

Open a new transparent canvs 650 by 600 pixels and floodfill with white.

Open one of the papers and copy, I used cc-pp-03.  Make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, de-select and apply Monti’s circle mask.  Resize 80%.

Open cc-mask and paste as a new layer.  Resize 75%.

Open cc-wire and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%, move over a little to the left hand side and apply a drop shadow vertical and horizontal 2, opacity 70, blur 5.

Open cc-glitter-01 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80% and move up and to the right. Duplicate this layer and move the duplicate down and to the left.  Apply the last drop shadow to each layer.

Open cc-cd and paste as a new layer.  Resize 65%, apply the last drop shadow and move over a little to the right.

Open the close up of the tube, duplicate it and close the original.  Mirror the tube, crop it roughly like in my screenshot below and then apply the 20/20 mask to it twice. Copy it and paste it on your tag, resize it 70%, place it in position on the CD and lower the opacity to around 70.  If you have used a different tube, you will need to adjust the resizing.

Open cc-music-note-04 and paste as a new layer.  Resize it 47% and position on the CD.  Apply a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 90, blur 3.

Open your main tube and paste it as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the original drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 2, opacity 70, blur 5.

Open cc-guitar and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70% and rotate 15 degrees to the left.  Drag down below the main tube layer, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Open cc-speaker and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open cc-sparkle and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80%, place in position and erase any on the left hand side that are past the edge of the mask layer.

Open cc-mike, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Resize 45%, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Open cc-crowd and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Open cc-frame-02 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.  Check the positions of your layers, they should look something like my screenshot below.

Now drag the frame layer down until it is just below the CD layer.  Draw an oblong selection around the bottle part of the frame something like my screenshot below.

Hit delete and the bottom of the frame will be cut out, right click on your tag, “paste as a new layer” and the cut off part will paste on a new layer. Bring this layer to the top and join the two parts of the frame together.   Erase any part of the crowd that shows below the frame.

Again, check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments. Go back to the two glitter layers and erase the parts that show in the hole in the CD.

Open cc-ribbon-06, paste as a new layer and make sure its at the top.  Resize 65%, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Crop your tag and resize if required, add your copyright information and text and export as a jpeg with compression set to 5 or on a transparent background as a png.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, if you have any questions, please email me here.  I would of course love to see your result and include it in the gallery!
