In this tutorial I used the tube “Windy Weather” by
You can purchase the tube from

The kit is “Delicate Autumn” from
I love the soft colours in this kit!
You can purchase it from

You will need  my mask

You will need Animation Shop if you wish to do the animation.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical -2, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 15.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 9 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 126, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 7, resize 40% and place in position.  Select the interior of each part of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 30, make a new layer below the frame and paste paper 9 into the selection.  Paste the full size tube and position in the left part of the frame, invert the selection, hit delete and deselect.   Change the blend mode on the tube to “Luminance (Legacy)” , lower the opacity to around 40 and erase the part that shows on the right section of the frame and apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 129, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 15% and rotate 40 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube again, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 45% and mirror, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 120, resize 50%, drag below the wall, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Pate element 118, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 119 above the wall, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 130, resize 50% and place in position.

Paste element 27, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 124, resize 7%, duplicate, resize the copy another 90% and mirror it, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 49, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 63 on the top, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 84, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 12% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 102, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 7% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, add your copyright information and text and export on a trasparent background as a png if you are not intending continuing with the animation.

ANIMATION:

Duplicate your tube twice to give you three layers then close off the original layer and one of the copies. Open your Selection Tool and change the settings to those in my screenshot below.

Draw a selection around the skirt of the tube something like my screenshot below.  You can go outside of the skirt on the edges of the tube, it will not matter but keep it close close but not right up to the edge of the skirt around the hat and her leg.

Now open your Warp tool, set the Mode to “Push” and the strength to 50 and gently push the skirt around very slightly on the tube copy you have open.  Close off that copy and open the second copy and do the same thing pushing in different directions then deselect.

Right click on your tag and “Copy merged”, open Animation Shop and paste “As a new animation”.  Back in Paint Shop, close of this copy, open the first copy, copy it as before and paste in Animation Shop “Before current frame” then repeat this with the first copy.   Select all your frames and change the Animation Properties to 50.  Check you are happy with the animation and then run it through the Optimization Wizard and save as a gif.
