I used a gorgeous kit inspired by tube 22-2 from Enys Guerrero by

I used mask 0501 by

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal  5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect, apply the mask and resize it 90%.

Paste frame 3, resize 55% and place in position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 40, make a new layer below it,  paste paper 1 onto the selection and deselect.  Paste the tube,  resize 45%, apply the drop shadow and position in the frame.  The best way to do this is to draw an oblong selection around the left part of the tube, delete that part, paste it as a new layer, drag it below the frame and join the two parts up.

Paste element 15, resize 25%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8 on the top, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 35%, position bottom right on the frame, duplicate, mirror the copy and position on the left, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 25, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 25% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 40% and rotate 80 degrees to the left,  place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the wordart, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
