Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 6 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 31, resize 70% and rotate 2 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 3, resize 60% and move into position.  Select the interior of the element with your magic wand, expand the selection by 30, make a new layer below it and paste paper 5 into the selection.  Mirror the tube and paste it on your canvas, resize 35%, position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect and apply the drop shadow to the tube and the frame. Merge the frame down onto the tube and then down again onto the paper.

Paste element 10, resize 80% and rotate 10 degrees to the left, drag below the merged layer, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 50% and rotate 50 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 70% and rotate 30 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 90% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 3a, resize 45% and position on the left, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, drag it to the top and position on the right, apply the drop shadow to each.
Paste element 22, resize 40% and rotate 40 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28 between the merged layer and the top rose, resize 30% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 70%, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 11, resize 40% and rotate 10 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 50%, place in position, apply the drop shadow  and change the blend mode to “Hard Light”.

Paste element 34, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 25%, mirror and rotate 20 degrees to the right, drag below element 2, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 60%, place in position erasing the part at either end which shows past the candle and the face, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.  I used the Pick tool on element 31 to drag it down so it showed at the bottom.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then add your copyright information.

Open the font and type your text, foreground nil and background any colour, use the vector nodes to position it in element 8 (you can use your Pick tool to widen the element if your text is longer), then convert to a raster layer.  Float and defloat the text and make a new layer, go to Effects – 3D Effects – Cutout and apply using the settings in my screenshot below, deselect and delete the original text layer.

When you  are done, crop your tag and export in a transparent background as a png.
