About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I am Vivienne, living in the UK and married with a son who now lives in Perth, Australia and a daughter who has given me two gorgeous grandsons! Paint Shop has been my hobby for more years than I can remember and I love making tags. I have always loved doing tutorials written by others and a couple of years ago started writing them myself. As well as tag tutorials, I also have a Tips and Tricks page where you will find tutorials on basic Paint Shop techniques. I hope you enjoy my blog and have fun with my tutorials. Please be sure also to check out the Tag Gallery and see some of the awesome results to the tutorials!

In this tutorial I used the tube “Main Squeeze” from
the latest pack 83 from
You can purchase the tube from

I used the kit “Color Field” from
The kit is also available at

You will need my mask 0002

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal  5 opacity 65, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 4 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 10, place in position and change the blend mode to “Hard Light”.

Paste element 17, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 40%, drag below element 17 and position on the left, duplicate, move the duplicate over to the right, erase the parts that overlap and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 25, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Resize the tube, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 30%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 10 again, resize 40% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 55% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 25%, position on the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 40% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43 again on the top, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 30%, drag below element 24,  place in position erasing the top of the chain and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 20%, duplicate and mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 27 just above the tube, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
