Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all and paste paper 1 into the selection, deselect.

Paste the mask, resize it 23% and move it up to the top of the canvas, select all, float and defloat the mask, invert the selection and hit delete on the paper to remove the excess, deselect, delete the original mask layer and use the Pick tool to stretch the paper mask down slightly longer.

Paste element 3, resize 60% and place in position.

Paste element 1, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 40%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste wordart 1 on the top, resize 85%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 55%, drag below the wordart, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 41 on the top, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments.

Select the interior of element 3 with your magic and expand the selection by 2, make a new layer below it and paste paper 7 into the selection.  Mirror the close up tube and paste it as a new layer, position in the element, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the element, change the blende mode on the tube to “Hard Light” and lower the opacity to around 40.

Paste element 21 on the top, resize 20%, duplicate and mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
