In this tutorial I used a tube from
You can purchase the tube at

I used the gorgeous St. Patty kit “Irish Gold” from
The kit can be purchased at

I used mask 1 from set 39 from
and mask 0120 from Simone at
A Scrappy Bit of Fun.

Font is

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.  Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 6 into the selection, apply Simone’s mask,  resize 90% and mirror.

Make another layer, paste paper 3 into the selection, deselect, apply Rachel’s mask and resize 95%.

Paste element 12, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 53, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 3, resize 65% and place in position.   Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below the frame, paste paper 4 into the selection and deselect.   We will come back to this.

Paste the tube, resize 33%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 80%, drag below the tube and position on the frame, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and resize it another 90%, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 30, resize 55% and duplicate, position one just behind the tube and one above the clock, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 13, resize 70% and position between the flower and the clock.

Paste element 49 above the frame, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44 and resize 60%, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and rotate it 30 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 15, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 50% and duplicate, mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 45, resize 60%, position between the copies of element 33 and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 50% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, rotate 90 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 47, resize 35% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 40%, duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Go back to the mirrored copy of element 24 and drag it right up to just below the tube.

Check your layers now and make any adjustments.

Paste the tube again between the frame and the paper and place in position, select the interior of the frame and expand the selection as before, invert it and hit delete on the tube, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame and change the blend mode on the tube to “Hard Light”.

Paste element 32 and pick a background colour from it for your text, apply an inner bevel to the text using my screenshot below and apply the drop shadow changing the vertical to 2 and blur to 5.  Position the text on the element and use the Pick tool to change the sizes to fit (be sure to give them both a good sharpen after), then apply the drop original drop shadow to the element.

Duplicate elements 47, 30, 14 and the duplicate copy of element 44 flipped and position them so they show below the merged element.

Paste element 31 on the top, resize 25% duplicate and mirror one copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

When you are all done, crop your tag and export on a transparent background as a png.
