Under Arrest!






In this tutorial I used the fabulous layered tube “Moon Child” from
Barbara Jensen.
The tube is from the new pack 71 and can be purchased at

I used the awesome kit “Under Arrest” from
The kit can also be purchased at

I used mask 0568 from

I used the font




I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.


Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill with white

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 6 into these selection, deselect and apply the mask making sure the “Invert mask data” box is checked .

Paste the tube, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 26, resize 65%, drag below the tube and place in position.

Paste element 13, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 23, resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 55% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 21, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 85%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 30% and rotate 30 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any necessary adjustments.  Go back to element 26, duplicate it and move the copy over so a little shows on the right.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
