I used an amazing kit called “For All Eternity” by
This is a huge kit with some awesome elements and can be purchased at

I used two masks in my tag, mask 141 by
and mask 209 by

I used the font

Please check out my “About my tutorials” page if this is the first tutorial of mine you have followed, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill with white.

Copy Paper_7, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper in the selection and apply Gems’ mask.  Resize 95%.

Copy Paper_9, make another layer on your canvas and paste this paper into the selection, deselect and apply Weescotslass’ mask.

Paste E31b as a new layer, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Frame_1 as a new layer, resize 55%, rotate 10 degrees to the right and place in position.  With your freehand selection tool set on point to point and with feather on 0, draw a selection around the heart in the frame like my screenshot below then make a new layer below the frame, copy Paper 7 again and paste it into the selection, deselect.   Apply the drop shadow to the frame twice.

Paste E96 as a new layer, resize 75%, drag down to just above the clock, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste E68 as a new layer, resize 70% and mirror, position on the right and apply the drop shadow, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position on the left.

Paste E30 as a new layer, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste E40 as a new layer, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste E89 as a new layer, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers now and make any necessary adjustments.

Paste your tube as a new layer, resize as needed and place in position below the frame.  When you have your tube in the right position, duplicate it and drag the duplicate up above the frame, apply the drop shadow to the bottom copy.   Be careful not to move the tube. Now carefully erase parts of the top copy that you want to be below the frame.  I resized my tube 85% and erased around the cogs and the wire mesh.

Paste E57 as a new layer, resize 35% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste E85 as a new layer just above the frame, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste E87 as a new layer, resize 70% and place in position.

Paste E97 as a new layer, resize 70% and place in position.  Make a new layer below this word art and fill with a light colour from your tube, go back to the word art and select it, float it and defloat it, expand the selection by 3 and then invert it and hit delete on the coloured layer, deselect.  Merge the word art down onto the coloured layer and apply the drop shadow.  You can use the Gradient Glow on Eye Candy on the word art instead if you have it.

When you are done, crop your tag if needed, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a ping.
