In this tutorial I used the gorgeous layered tube “Saccharine”
from the new pack 62 from
Barbara Jensen.
The tube is available for purchase at

The kit is “Blue Ribbons” by

I love the luxurious colours of this kit!

You will also need a mask, I used mask 230 by

I used the free filter “Mo Jellyfish” from

I used the font

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 10 into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Paste element 14 as a new layer, resize 85% and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 15 as a new layer, resize 60% and move a little up and left.  Select the interior of the element with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and make a new layer below it, copy paper 5 and paste it into the selection, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame and merge it down onto the paper.

Paste the tube as a new layer, resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19 as a new layer, resize 25%, drag below the tube and duplicate, rotate the original 20 degrees to the left and the copy 10 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 21 as a new layer, resize 60% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 17 as a new layer,  resize 80% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16 as a new layer, resize 45% and place in position.  Select the interior of the element with your magic wand, expand the selection as before, make a new layer below it and fill with black, do not deselect.

Paste the tube again but this time mirrored, position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.   Lower the opacity of the tube to around 60, merge it down onto the black layer and apply Tramages “Mo Jellyfish” filter on the default settings.   Apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 3 as a new layer, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5a as a new layer, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5 as a new layer, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11 as a new layer and bring to the top, resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6 as a new layer, resize 30%, mirror and flip, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9 as a new layer, resize 25% and flip, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24 as a new layer, resize 30% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1a as a new layer, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8 as a new layer,  resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28 as a new layer, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 30 as a new layer, resize 50% and rotate 15 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 22 as a new layer, resize 25% and rotate 40 degrees to the left, duplicate mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Check your layers and make any necessary adjustments, I made my mask a little smaller, then when you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
