Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill with white.

Copy Black Butterfly Paper, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.  resize 85%.

Paste Embellishment as a new layer, resize 65% and apply a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 0, opacity 100, blur 10.

Paste Blue Rose Frame as a new layer, resize 60%,  rotate 10 degrees to the left and apply the last drop shadow.

Paste Red Rose Embellishment as a new layer, resize 70% and apply the last drop shadow.

Paste Metal Frame as a new layer and resize 70%.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 10 and make a new layer below it, copy Red Butterfly Paper and paste it into the selection, deselect and apply the last drop shadow to the frame.

Paste your tube as a new layer and, resizing as needed, place in position in the frame and apply a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.  I resized my tube 85%.

Open Blue Small Rose and paste as a new layer.  Resize 75% and mirror, drag below the tube, position on the right of her and apply the last drop shadow.  Duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position on the left.

Paste Ribbon as a new layer, resize 75%, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Paste Lock as a new layer and bring to the top, resize 80% and mirror, place in position and apply the last drop shadow.

Paste Butterfly as a new layer, resize 67% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, position on the right, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position on the left, apply the last drop shadow to each.

Check the positions of your layers and when you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
