You need a license to use Delphine’s art, available at

The kit was inspired by this tube 70-1 and is by
The kit is also available at

You will also need a mask, I used mask 05 by Millie at

I used the Ripper filter from
on the mask.

I used the font

Please be sure to check out  my “About my tutorials” page if this is the first tutorial of mine you have followed, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 95, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 650 pixels and fill with white.

Copy Paper03, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.  Resize the mask 90% and apply the VM Natural filter Ripper on the default settings.

Paste Element 05 as new layer, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element 18 as a new layer, resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Frame 02 as a new layer, resize 55% and place in position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and make a new layer below it, copy Paper 02 and paste it into the selection.  Paste your tube as a new layer and position in the frame resizing if needed, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  Change the blend mode on the tube to “Overlay” and apply the drop shadow to the frame.  I used the tube in its original size.

Paste your tube again, resize and apply the drop shadow.  I resized this tube 80%.  Don’t worry about its position yet.

Paste Element 04 as a new layer, resize 40%, mirror and then rotate 30 degrees to the left, drag below the main tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element 03 as a new layer, resize 40%, place in position on the right, duplicate, mirror and flip the duplicate and position on the left, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 13 as a new layer, resize 50% and rotate 20 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element 15 as a new layer,  main tube, resize 70% and apply the drop shadow.  Position this element  and your tube so the bottom of the tube is level with the bottom of the loop in the ribbon and apply the drop shadow to the ribbon.    Don’t worry about the bit of ribbon on the right going over the face of the tube in the frame, we will fix that in a bit.   Make sure the ribbon is activated and draw a rectangular selection  around the bottom of it something like my screenshot below and hit delete, deselect.  Right click anywhere on your canvas and “Paste as a new layer”, the piece of ribbon you cut off with come back as a new layer, drag this above the tube and join the two pieces up.   Ersase the little corner pieces of the tube that show below the ribbon.   Now draw another oblong selection around the piece of ribbon that shows on the right of the tube, again hit delete and paste it as a new layer then reposition it so its not going across the face of the tube in the frame.

Paste Element 01 as a new layer on the top, resize 35% and flip, place in position and apply the drop shadow

Paste Element 12 as a new layer, resize 35% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the Wordart as a new layer, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element 14 as a new layer, resize 30% and rotate 30 degrees to the left, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments, then when you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
