If this is the first tutorial of mine you have followed, please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting, thank you.

Unless otherwise noted in the tutorial, I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5 opacity 70, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Copy Paper 13, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask. Resize the mask 90% and rotate it 10 degrees to the left.

Paste Frame_8 as a new layer.  Resize 50% and move up and to the left, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and make a new layer below the frame.  Copy Paper_9 and paste it into the selection, deselect.  We will come back to this.

Paste your tube as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I resized my tube 65%.

Paste Element_21 as a new layer.  Resize 65%, mirror, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element_64 as a new layer.  Resize 65%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element_4 as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element _16 as a new layer.   Resize 75%, place in position, erase the bottom of the stalk and apply the drop shadow.

Open Element_48 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Spray_1 as a new layer, resize 65% and place in postiion.

Paste Element_13 as a new layer.  Resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow,

Paste Element_59 as a new layer.   Resize 75% and duplicate, position one copy on the top and drag the other below the tube and position on the right.  Apply the drop shadow to each but change the vertical and horizontal to 1 and blur to 3.

Paste Element_25 as a new layer making sure it’s on the top.   Resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow (remember to change the settings back).

Paste Element_53 as a new layer.   Resize 65% and rotate 10 degrees to the left.  Place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element_7 as a new layer.  Resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element 26 as a new layer.   Resize 65%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element_27 as a new layer.   Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Element_43 as a new layer.   Resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positioning of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Paste your tube again as a new layer just below the frame and, resizing if needed, position in the frame.  Select the interior of the frame and expand the selection as before, invert it and hit delete on the tube to remove the excess, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the tube, lower the opacity to around 60 and merge it down onto the paper.  Apply the Color Dot filter on the default settings to the merged layer.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame.  I used the tube in its original size.

Paste Element_2 as a new layer.  Resize 50%, position on the frame and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Spray_11 as a new layer just below the unicorn, mirror, resize 50% and place in position.

Paste Spray_10 as a new layer above the unicorn, resize 75% and place in position.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
