You need a license to use Ash’s art, available at

I used a fun Christmas kit called “Sweet Christmas” by
This is a lovely kit with many elements and is also available at

You will also need a mask, I used mask 141 by

I used the font

If this is the first tutorial of mine you have followed, please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 80, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open and copy pp6, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Open el14 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 75% and rotate 30 degrees to the left.   Select the interior of each section of the element with your magic wand and expand the selection by 5.  Open and copy pp2 and paste it as a new layer below the element, resize 75%, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  We will come back to this.

Open el9 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 75% and rotate 70 degrees to the right.  Drag down to just above the mask and position in the top, left hand corner, duplicate three times, mirror/flip the duplicates and position one in each corner.  Apply the drop shadow to each copy.

Open el2 and paste as a new layer.   Mirror, resize 60% and rotate 30 degrees to the right.  Position on the right, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position on the left.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el25 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 75% and drag below the two copies of el2.  Duplicate, rotate one copy 20 degrees to the left and position on the left of the tag and rotate the second copy 90 degrees to the right and position on the right of the tag.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el32, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el3 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I used layer 4 resized 75%.

Open el31 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 65%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el15 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 70% and rotate 30 degrees to the right, position on the right, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and position on the left.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el30 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el11 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el18, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Resize 50%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Open your tube again, paste as a new layer, drag between the frame and the paper, resize as needed, duplicate and mirror the duplicate.  Again select the interior of the element and expand it as before, position the two tubes and hit delete on each of them to remove the excess.  Change the blend mode on the tubes to “Soft Light” and apply the drop shadow to the frame.  I used layer 2 resized 85%.

Open el22 and paste as a new layer.  Flip, resize 65%, drag to just below the main tube and place in position erasing any that shows below the tube.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
