If this is the first tutorial of mine that you have followed, please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting, thank you.

I used a drop  shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 80, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open and copy PP5, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.

Open element 15, paste as a new layer and resize 40%.  Select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20 and make a new layer below it, open and copy PP3 and paste it into the selection.    Open your tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed and position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  I resized my tube 75%.  Change the blend mode on the tube to “Soft Light” and apply the drop shadow to the frame.  Close off your white background layer and mask layer and merge visible, re-open the closed layers.  Duplicate your merged layer and place them into position.

Open element 7 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 73%, drag down below the merged layers, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste your tube again as a new layer and bring to the top, resize, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I resized my tube 80% this time.

Open element 6 and paste as a new layer. Resize 55%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 13 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 45%, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, place both elements in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Open element 12 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50% and position on the right, duplicate, drag the duplicate above the tube and position on the left.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open element 16 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 55%, drag below the flower, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 8, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Mirror, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 21 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 75%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Open element 5 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 4 and paste as a new layer.  Mirror, resize 30% and rotate 20 degrees to the left.  Place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open 19 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25% and rotate 30 degrees to the right, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 9 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, drag right down to just above the mask and position behind the frames.  Duplicate, drag the duplicate down so a little shows right at the bottom and then drag this layer below the original one.  Apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Check your layers again and when you are happy, crop your tag and add your copyright information.

Set your Foreground colour to #e2e2e2, your background to #474747 and with Stroke width set to 1, type your text.  Apply the “Weave” texture with Gap size set to 1 and Width set to 2, Opacity set to 1, Fill gaps checked and Weave and Gap colour white.   Apply an Inner Bevel as my screen shot below and then the drop shadow.
