If this is the first tutorial of mine that you have followed, please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open and copy pp1, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper in to the selection, deselect and apply the mask.  Resize 90%.

Open element 1 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60% and move up and to the right.  Select the interior with your magic wand and expand the selection by 30.  Open and copy pp3, paste as a new layer on your canvas, resize 50% and position in the element so that the leaves are not showing, invert the selection and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  We will come back to this later.

Open element 18 and paste as a new layer on the top.   Resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 27 and paste as a new layer.  Mirror, resize 65%, drag below the tree, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 10, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  If you are using one of Barbara’s layered tubes, duplicate it and close the original, pick your layers and copy merged.  I mirrored my tube and resized it 65%.

Open 28 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 45%, drag below the tube, position behind her and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 13 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position erasing the piece of wire at the top and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 20 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 23 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 65%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 7 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 29 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 14 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50%, mirror, flip and rotate 20 degrees to the right, drag below the suitcase, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 21 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open element 11 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Open your tube again or the close up if you have one, paste as a new layer, drag down between the frame and the paper and position in the frame resizing as needed.  Select the interior of the frame again and expand it as before, invert the selection, activate the tube and hit delete to remove the excess, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame and the tube and set the blend mode on the tube to “Overlay”.  I used the main tube again in it’s original size.

Open element 8, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 40% and rotate 70 degrees to the left.  Open element 24, paste as a new layer and  resize 30%.  Duplicate these elements couple of times and place in position around the elements at the front of your tag, mirroring and flipping them to make them look a bit different.

Open 19a and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, position amongst the flowers and apply the drop shadow.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
