Flirty

In this tutorial I used the art of
Amy Matthews.
You need a license to use Amy’s art,
available at

I used a very pretty kit called “Deeply in Love” by
The kit can be purchased at

You will also need a mask, I used Big Mask 017 by
Vix.

I used the font

Please check out my “About my tutorials” page before starting, thank you.

I used a drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 80, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 pixels and fill with white.

Open pp1 and copy, make a new layer on your canvas, select all, paste the paper into the selection, deselect and apply the mask.  Duplicate and merge the top copy down onto the original copy.

Open e10 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 60%, select the interior of the element with your magic wand and make a new layer below it,  expand the selection by 20 and paste the paper into it, deselect.   Apply the drop shadow to the element and merge it down onto the paper.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  I resized my tube 90%.

Open el20 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 55%, drag below the merged layer,  place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el13 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 65% and rotate 20 degrees to the left, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, position both elements and apply the drop shadow to each.

Open el18 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60%, drag below the hearts and position on the left, duplicate, move the duplicate over to the right and apply the drop shadow to each.

Open el3 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 55% and duplicate, position one on the right just below the merged layer and the other on the left above the tube, apply the drop shadow to each.

Open el16 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80% and duplicate.  Mirror one copy and position below the merged layer on the right, rotate the second copy 10 degrees to the left and position on the left immediately above the tube.

Open el21 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80%, mirror, position between the merged layer and the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Open el1 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 70% and rotate 40 degrees to the right, position on the right (it should be below between el16 and el3), duplicate, flip the duplicate and move over to the left, apply the drop shadow to both layers.

Open el16 again and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80% and rotate 40 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el26, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.  Resize 60%, duplicate, mirror the duplicate, position both and apply the drop shadow to each.

Open el8 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 70% and flip, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el7 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el17 and paste as a new layer.    Resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el9 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 45%, drag below the gloves and the blue flower, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el19, paste as a new layer and bring to the top.   Resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open el4 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check the positions of your layers and make any necessary adjustments.

Open el25 and paste as a new layer.   Resize 40%, place in position, apply the drop shadow and erase some so it likes like it’s hooked around the frame.

Open el30 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%, position just below the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Open el23a and paste as a new layer.   Resize 80%, duplicate a few times, mirror, flip, rotate the duplicates as you like and arrange around the edge of the tag just above the mask layer.  Apply the drop shadow to each copy.

When you are done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export as a jpeg with compression set to 5 or on a transparent background as a png.
